Apologies

I am sorry I haven't been posting on my blog recently.I passed out at the top of my stairs in the early hours a few days ago and fell forwards the whole way down.I was knocked unconscious on reaching the bottom.
I haven't broken anything but have ligament/tendon/cartilage injuries and extensive bruising.It will take time but it could have been far worse.Carol:)
